Today’s top men and women lead very public lives. Over eighty percent of their time on the job is with people…leading shareholder meetings, dealing with the media, chairing meetings large and small, and interacting with colleagues, politicians, charities and business competitors, the ability to lead small groups as well as large, the ability to listen, the ability to communicate credibility and trust need to be at their peak for sustained success in the real world.
