KATHLEEN FARRELL
Kathleen Farrell began full-time employment with JF Talent as the Company bookkeeper in the late 1970s. Her skills were so strong that many of the Company’s clients offered her a position in their own firms. Kathleen began marketing the Company’s present seminars in 1994 when Jo restructured the Company into The Farrell Group. From day one, Kathleen’s marketing skills have been so creative that whether it takes one phone call or ten years to bring a customer in … they all eventually come!

Today, as The Farrell Group’s Vice President of Marketing, Kathleen is the glue that holds the office together. Business simply would not get done without Kathleen’s diligence and attention to detail. People often walk into the office and say, “I’m here because Kathleen said I had to be!”
Kathleen’s ability to listen to her customers and to identify their needs makes her unparalleled in the marketplace.

But Kathleen’s career is two-faceted. In addition to her marketing skills, Kathleen transformed her love of jewelry design into a vocation. She founded “Bedazzled by Kathleen” when people started stopping her on the street to ask her where she bought her jewelry. Kathleen has come a long way since high school when she made jewelry from hippie beads and peace signs. Today, Kathleen’s jewelry is worn by many of Colorado’s elite. Kathleen has been most generous in donating pieces of jewelry to Colorado’s charities. She is also known in Catholic circles as the “Rosary Lady” for the exquisite rosaries she has created.
Away from work, Kathleen Farrell is mother to eleven-year old daughter, Brindy. Kathleen is active in Girl Scouts of America and in church, school and political activities.
